Rachel Zinman – Yoga and Diabetes

Rachel has been practising Yoga for nearly 3 decades and has been a respected international instructor for many  years. Being diagnosed as a diabetic Type 1  was initially a  great shock to her, but it set her on a  personal journey, now related in her book, to find how her knowledge of yoga practice could help herself and others like her to cope with this disorder.

Because she had a clear vision of how she wanted the book to look, she chose to self publish through crowd funding. I’ll post the cover here when the book is finally published, but in the meantime you can listen to her story, and if you are looking at this before the end of Feb 23 2016, can even help the campaign along by a donation.
